Live Streaming

About Live Streaming

I would love to help you make your event available to guests all over the world. I can stream your events live on YouTube, allowing anyone with a link to view the event. Microphones will be supplied allowing people in-person and at home the ability to hear the action.

The link to access the live event will also allow for future playback if you wanted to watch the recording again sometime after the event takes place.

I will need access to a power source. If no power source is available, I can bring a generator.

I need access to the venue one hour prior to the event so that I can fully set up my equipment.

I need a reliable internet connection to stream the event. If no reliable internet connection is available I can send out a recording of the event at a later date. (This recording would include a video recorded from a stationary camera, audio, and essential editing.)

Cost Structure

The charge for the first two hours of an event is $200 and $50 for each hour after that. Setup and breakdown are free but I will need access to the venue 2 hours prior to the event's start time.  It usually takes me about an hour to break down as well. I accept three types of payment, Cash, Checks (made out to Thomas Schultz), and Venmo payments (@TJ-Schultz-6).

There is a $0.50 charge for each mile traveled outside of a 10-mile radius of zip code 22205. Events within the 10-mile radius are not charged with transportation fees.

Live streaming requires an internet connection. Without an internet connection, only a recording of the event and a link to the recording on YouTube will be provided.
