How It All Started

Videography is how I started gaining equipment. I would produce small videos, and present movies outdoors on a projector. This leads me to keep upgrading my equipment until I eventually got better speakers. I used those speakers for the showcases of the videos I made, but I also tried DJing with them. I enjoyed it, and I pursued that. I then kept adding more tools and components, until I became a full DJ with proper speakers, lights, mixers, and more. Now I can offer my services to you!

About Me

I am 15 years old and run my own DJing company. I am a self-described technical director and I do this at school, home, and more. I have worked with several professionals in my field and now hopefully I can share my talents with you!

 

How I DJ

I am a clean DJ, meaning I avoid playing songs with inappropriate language and/or content. I also offer DJ games during the event, to keep all ages engaged.

 

Cost Structure

The charge for the first two hours of an event is $150 and $25 for each hour after that.  Setup and break down are free but I will need access to the venue 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the event's start time.  It usually takes me about an hour to break down as well. I accept three types of payment, Cash, Checks (made out to Thomas Schultz), and Venmo payments (@TJ-Schultz-6). (Pricing for Outdoor Movies is different, see Outdoor Projection for more info)

There is a $0.50 charge for each mile traveled outside of a 10-mile radius of zip code 22205. Events within the 10-mile radius are not charged with transportation fees.

Needs

I will need access to a power source. A normal outlet will give 15 to 20 Amps of power, and I need 10 amps at the least. 15 amps If I am bringing a Sub. If power is not available, I also offer to bring a generator. (This is different for Outdoor Movies, see Outdoor Projection for more info)

I need access to the venue two hours prior to the event so that I can fully set up my equipment.
